Filmed within the last 2 months. Footage must be continuous — no cuts, editing, or effects of any kind.

1. Verify your address — Film the nearest street sign (must match your listing) or a nearby landmark like a local business.
2. Show the route to your property from that street sign or landmark.
3. Film the exterior — Show the path from the main road, through your entrance, to the front door.
4. Walk inside — Show the path into the interior.
5. Film the interior — Include bed types, wall colours, coffee machine, TV, bathroom design, kitchen design and equipment.

Do not include: time-lapse, slow-motion, transitions, visual effects, or a photo slideshow.
